My Life as a Blind Cat

My name is Whiskers, and I am a cat I live in a cramped house with lots of other cats Many of them are beautiful and prosperous, but I am not. Well I can’t see, and my coat hair isn’t soft or shiny! Its boring I get lonely at times nobody wants to play with me. I hear the other cats playing around, But I am by myself.

Being blind is hard. I am blind; I cannot see the toys with bright colours or even all persons who come to visit. I rely on my other senses. The sun is hot on my back Mmmm, human is making yummy food for us — I smell it. I am brave even if I never see I also explore with my ears & nose a lot!

Why I Feel Ugly

Many People Think I m ugly by Looks. I am wizened, my fur is not fluffy anymore and there are scars on my face. Often I look in the mirror and do not know who is staring back. I want to look like the other cats with pretty fur and big eyes. I am so sad — my heart hurts.

Ok so I am not perfect but can someone love me? Every day, I pray someone will see me. I hope to meet a friend who will love me by what I have inside, not only on the outside.

I Want to Be Loved

I may be blind and strange but I have a kind heart. All I wanna do is loving and cuddling. All I need is a chance. These are a few, If you see one like me, remind to say Hi! Remember beauty is only skin deep. Love can change everything. My wish is for someone to like me one day the way that I am.
