The Kindness of the Forest Ranger

A Wolf in Need

In a perfect green forest there was wolf who lived alone oneasename Wolf. The wolf was hungry, and it starved. His pack was gone and he was now alone. The wolf wandered one day near a camp where was working the forest ranger. When he spotted the wolf, a ranger knew that he needed to be assisted. The ranger felt sorry for the wolf instead of fear. He decided to help.

Taking Action

The ranger fed the wolf. He kept some distance so that the wolf did not pick up Ursho’s presence and was able to feed without being suspicious. Not OnlY Did So, The Ranger Come With More Food Every Day In This Spot. Over time, the wolf became more stable and less anxious. Slowly, he began to think of the ranger as his friend. The ranger welcomed the wolf into his heart, when everyone else in that forest wasn’t kind.

New Beginnings

Then, it was two months later something astonishing happened. The ranger was out in the forest, as per normal going about his business. Someone was timbering around in the bushes. He turned to look and there were not one, but three wolves! They were both huge and in good health, so they meandered right up to the ranger. It was the wolf he had once saved, and two others from his pack. They had come back to thank the ranger for his generosity.

A Special Bond

Joy welled in the ranger’s heart. He’d rescued one wolf and befriended three. Then the wolves faced in a circle around him, and the paws-down ceremony began. They were not more of the same wild creature; they bonded with a man that was so nice to save them.

A Lesson Learned

The forest ranger visited the wolves frequently after that day. He learned that kindness makes friends everywhere. The ranger was the one who had taught that to others but seemed to have never learned it for himself, and he would remind them that if you helped other people out in however small of a way they needed, then maybe someone else would wake up with more good in their heart than bad.
